How Teams Work in Toy Blast

Teams add a social, cooperative dimension to Toy Blast gameplay. Being part of a team unlocks access to special events and shared rewards. According to the Help Center:

  • The Team Race is a competition where teams collect stars from levels to compete for rewards. You must be in a team and at least level 24 to participate.
  • Team Adventure is a collaborative event where members contribute “shovels” (earned through levels) toward a team goal. Once the shovel threshold is met, the team opens a chest of rewards.

Joining or Creating a Team

  • To join a team, find the Team tab in-game. Browse existing teams and apply (some may require an invite).
  • To create a team, you’ll need to meet certain level or player-count criteria (often a minimum level such as 24).
  • Teams often have a limit on maximum members, and some teams may restrict membership to active players.

Team Events & Rewards

Team Race

  • During a Team Race, each player’s stars (earned on levels) add to the team’s total score.
  • Teams are grouped (e.g., 30 teams per race). The top 5 teams receive prize pools.
  • The top 3 contributors within a team get additional contribution rewards.
  • Note: If a player leaves or is kicked, their stars are removed. You cannot participate in an in-progress race if you join mid-event.

Team Adventure

  • Each level you play may reward you shovels, which count toward the team’s shovel goal.
  • When the team’s shovel threshold is reached, a chest unlocks for all members.
  • Top 3 shovel contributors may receive extra rewards (if they contributed).
  • If you switch teams mid-event, shovel contributions do not carry over, and if the new team already opened their chest, you can’t open it.

Maximizing Your Team Rewards

  • Be active: Regularly complete levels to contribute as many stars or shovels as possible.
  • Communicate: Coordinate with team members on optimal times to push for race or adventure goals.
  • Avoid switching mid-event: Timeline of membership matters—switching may invalidate your contributions.
  • Contribute early: Getting in as many stars/shovels early increases your chance of being a top 3 contributor.
  • Choose a team with activity expectations: A team that demands consistent participation will likely perform better in group events.

Final Thoughts

Teams in Toy Blast elevate the experience beyond solo play by introducing collective goals and extra rewards. By understanding how Team Race and Team Adventure work—and by being an active, consistent contributor—you can maximize your gains both for yourself and your teammates. Choose your team wisely, stay committed, and your team-based progression can significantly boost your Toy Blast journey.
