Understanding the Gameplay Flow
Legend of Elements is an idle RPG where progression is measured by your account level, combat power (CP), and character upgrades. The game offers various PvE and PvP modes, each with unique challenges and rewards. Resources are abundant and serve specific purposes, so managing them wisely is crucial for advancement.
The Questing System
Main quests, highlighted in blue, guide your journey. They are automatically tracked and lead you to different areas where tasks need to be completed. Completing these quests not only advances the story but also provides essential experience points and resources. Many game features unlock as you progress through these quests, making them vital for early-game development.
Understanding the Gearing Mechanics
Access the gear menu by clicking on the armor icon at the bottom left of the screen. Your character has nine regular gear slots and six class-specific slots. Gear can be obtained through crafting, which requires gear crystals. You can queue up to 20 gear pieces for crafting, and upgrading your dinosaur companion increases the chances of obtaining higher-tier equipment. Once you acquire superior gear, replace existing items to enhance your stats. Unwanted gear can be salvaged for additional resources.
Spirits and the Summoning System
Spirits act as companions with unique abilities. You can deploy up to three spirits in your team. They are primarily obtained through the gacha system, which becomes available after completing Main Quest #70. Spirits come in two rarities:
- SSR (Legendary): 12% chance for a complete spirit, 18% for shards.
- SR (Epic): 70% chance for shards.
Summoning spirits enhances your team’s capabilities and provides strategic advantages in battles.
Classes and Skills Explained
At the start, you choose between three classes: Warrior, Sorcerer, or Swordsman. Each class has unique skills and playstyles:
- Warrior: A melee damage dealer with high durability.
- Sorcerer: A ranged damage dealer utilizing arcane spells.
- Swordsman: A melee tank and damage absorber.
You can switch classes anytime, allowing flexibility in your playstyle. Each class has three active skills, four passive skills, and one ultimate skill. Skills can be upgraded using specific currencies, enhancing their effectiveness and reducing mana consumption.
By understanding these core systems, you can navigate the early stages of Legend of Elements more effectively, setting a strong foundation for your adventure.
